Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed to our carriers within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are generally handled that same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling charges when they reach the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

If you have not received a tracking number or do not see tracking updates within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.

• If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@lumennook.store.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but we cannot update a shipping address once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We stand behind every order we deliver:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
